- Our heritage and expertise in spice coupled with the use of premium ingredients has paved the way for the perfect home-cooked curry.
- Adabi Seafood & Salted Fish Curry Powder can be used to create truly mouthwatering seafood curry; intensifying the authentic flavour and enhancing the aromatic effect.
- Heat up cooking oil in a cooking pan.
- Sauté sliced onion, red shallots and garlic with some curry leaves.
- Add in the Adabi Seafood & Salted Fish Curry Powder and some water, stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then, add the remainder of the water, diluted Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra, and your seafood of choice. Let it cook on high heat for 2 minutes until it boils.
- Lower the heat, add salt, coconut milk and tomatoes. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
- Ready to serving.
- This product uses premium ingredients, such as special black pepper from Sarawak.
- Delicious Malay curry recipes included on each packaging.
- Suitable for preparation of other dishes and can be mixed with other Adabi products.
- Has a long shelf lifespan of up to 18 months.

Proof of Defect
Customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item when submitting a request.
Requests without sufficient proof will be rejected.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Customers must follow our return instructions before sending any items back.
Refund Methods
Once a refund request is approved:
- Store Credit: processed within 1 day
- Original Payment Method: processed within 3–5 working days, subject to PayPal or payment provider processing times
