Refund & Return Policy

All refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Refunds or returns are accepted only if:

  • The item received is damaged or broken, or

  • The wrong item was sent by us.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Food & Consumable Items

For food, beverages, and consumable products, refunds or returns are strictly limited to cases where:

  • The item is received damaged, broken, or incorrect.

We do not accept refunds or returns for food or consumable items due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste, preference, or dissatisfaction

  • Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

Proof of Defect

Customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item when submitting a request.
Requests without sufficient proof will be rejected.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Customers must follow our return instructions before sending any items back.

Refund Methods

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Store Credit: processed within 1 day

  • Original Payment Method: processed within 3–5 working days, subject to PayPal or payment provider processing times

We reserve the right to reject any refund or return request that does not meet the above conditions.
