- Our heritage and expertise in spice coupled with the use of premium ingredients has paved the way in creating this Malay-style dish.
- Adabi Chicken and Meat Kerutuk Powder can be used to create this delicious dish; intensifying the authentic flavour and enhancing the aromatic effect.
- Grind 10 shallots and 5 cloves of garlic with water. Mix well until it turns into a paste.
- Mix together with Adabi Chicken and Meat Kerutuk Powder and put aside.
- Blend 1/2 inch of ginger, 5 cloves of garlic and 1/4 inch of galangal.Ā
- Heat oil in a cooking pot and sautƩ the ingredients with pounded lemongrass until fragrant and light brown in colour.
- Add in the mixed kerutuk paste and sautĆ© gently on low heat for 10 ā 15 minutes.
- Add chicken or meat, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, tamarind paste, water and sugar. Cook until everything thickens.
- Add pounded chilli padi and salt to taste.
- Ready for serving.

If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Customers must follow our return instructions before sending any items back.

Once a refund request is approved:
