- Our heritage and expertise in spice coupled with the use of premium ingredients has paved the way for the perfect home-cooked curry.
- Containing different types of chillies and selected spices, the Adabi Meat Savoury Curry Powder creates an aromatic dish with extra spices flavour that is less spicy.
- Heat The Oil, sauté Ingredient A (Shallot, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Curry Leaves, Sup Bunjut Tulang) first until fragrant and yellowish.
- Ingredient B (Serbuk Gulai Daging, Red Inion) is mixed and made into a paste with a little water first then cook it for 3 ‐ 4 minutes over medium heat.
- After that, add water, meat, potatoes and meat broth along with ½ coconut milk first, leave until the potatoes are
- After that add the Ingredients C (Asam Jawa Xtra Adabi, Fried Coconut Paste, Brown Sugar, White Salt Adabi) and ½ coconut milk again into the pan, cook until the gravy becomes slightly thick.
- Ready to serve.
